More than 15 years of teaching experience in Finance at several Moldovan universities.
Professional in macroeconomic and FX forecasting and spokesman on TV and written daily financial media for the Romanian newspaper «Adevarul».
Ph.D. Viorel Roscovan
Head of Securities Department
Associate Professor of Finance at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University with research interests in banking, stock, and bond pricing.
Author of several important publications presented at international conferences.
PhD in Finance from CentER, Tilburg University, a MPhil in Finance from Tilburg University, and a MA in Economics from CERGE-EI.
Holder of Lamfalussy Fellowship 2007 Award granted by the ECB and the Center of Financial Studies, an award assigned to young talented researchers.
Ph.D. Nicolae Verejan
Head of Risk Department
Associate Professor at the Academy of Public Administration of Moldova. Over 10 years experience in teaching of statistics and management at the graduate level.
Participated in several international projects carried out by the Academy of Public Administration:

- National Strategy of Training Civil Servants for Local Public Administration Bodies in the Republic of Moldova;
- System Reform and Local Government Strengthening in the Republic of Moldova.

Associate professor at the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics of the State University of Moldova.
Worked on important research projects related to Moldovan economic prospects:
- Opportunities to streamline management systems in the Republic of Moldova to ensure economic growth;
- Development of mechanisms and methods to stimulate growth, reduce poverty, and improve the quality of life in the context of PRSP, the National Programme “Moldovan Village” and Action Plan “Moldova – European Union”.
